Maryanne's Masterpiece

Don't you love the photo?! It was taken by the one and only Maryanne Yang!!! :D Her photography skills are MAD AWESOME!!! And I added some special effects to the original photo (on the right), using the most AMAZING iPhone photo effects app recommended by Karen, PHOTOTREATS! \^.^/ I wanted to make the ugly pimple scar look less obvious that's why I added some effects to it, otherwise I don't normally add effects to my photos. :) And the name of the effect I used for this is Magic Hour. I only love the 4 effects under the "My Activity" section in the Phototreats app. Not as impressed by the rest of the effects though this is the best photo app I know of so far. :/ And it's the first time people Liked my display picture on Facebook! Cool!~ (Sounds so bimbo :S)

There's tennis tomorrow cause of S&W! Yipee!~ So excited! Can't wait to meet my IJ group Dancing Donuts! But Im not sure if they are as excited about it as I am... :/

Disney Princess

YEAAAAAHHH BAYBEE!!!!! I FINALLY FOUND THE Disney Princess Notebook that saw a few months ago in Mini Toons which I didn't buy because I didn't think I'd have any use for it.

Unfortunately, when classes started, that's when I realized that I needed it so badly! Have been cursing myself for not buying it when I saw it at IMM's Mini Toons and it was only $1.95! Dumb & Idiotic right? It's so bloody cheap and I still had to consider! It's even cheaper than Daiso!

So anyway, after 2 weeks of notebook hunt I finally found it at the Clementi Mall branch. And you know what? That was the very first Mini Toons branch I started to search! And for some reason they didn't have it displayed. (cause actually it's SUPER old stock already, like I said earlier, it was a few months back when I saw it at IMM. Even my mom said she saw it months ago when I showed her a photo of it, which I secretly snapped back then to ask her help find it for me.) Finally, today I had sometime to spare after school while waiting for my mom to fetch me from Clementi. So I walked into Mini Toons again, although I was already settled on using the cheapo Disney Princess one (which comes with a set of stationary) I got from a newsstand, there's no harm in trying my luck again anyway. :D AND THERE IT WAS! With the Mickey & Winnie the Pooh notebooks! It was at the same place I searched before 2 weeks ago! So it's either I wasn't alert enough or they weren't asked to clear out all old stocks yet. But I'm sure it should be the latter, because I was so desperate and I remember taking down everything to find it!

Ohoh, and, here was 2 left! So I bought both and combined the pages together since the pages ate quite little and it's held together by staples! Best of all, the cover is plastic! So my note won't get wet! b^.^d Good deal right

So yup, it was really meant to be. :D

P/s: I know you all think that I'm so childish to still like Disney Princess. So what?! A lot of girls even like Sesame Street lor! Those are for babies! At least mine is girly. Hahaha! Eh I'm not against anyone who likes Sesame Street, just trying to point out that it's the same concept. :D

And and, I'm so glad I told Darius about my crush which I've been hopelessly trying to build up something out of almost nothing. His opinions of 3 senarios were really realistic! And I like the 1st senario most! Hehehe! And the advice is totally a helpful! (I'm really handicapped for this. :/ ) I'm sure whoever is reading this can roughly guess what the senario is about. ;D Alright, I shan't say more lest you guys extract enough info from here to expose my secret! :P

Feels like SOTA

OMG I can finally do perfect double pirouette!!! Woohooooo! And it's not by chance! I can still do it again and again even after 2 weeks without practice! V^.^V

Super super motivated now!! \^.^/ So this is what SOTA feels like. :D

Giving up on taking RAD Advance Foundation Ballet Exam this year is really gonna be one of my biggest regret if I don't do well for 1st Semester! Bitch you EBM course structure! >:-@ I've never been this good in my 12 years of ballet, I swear!

Wish all my friends, especially you (too bad you won't ever know that you're the special one :'-/ ), could see me dance when I'm good! But I'll continue to maintain this standard so that when you guys come to watch me, I will definitely not disappoint! I always wish my friends could tell their friends that I dance well, but sadly that's not the case because I'm really not good. :( But now I'm getting better! Thanks to my inspiration Candice Swanepoel! She's my No.1 favorite supermodel, and she does ballet! :D So this post is dedicated to Candice Swanepoel! My life role model and inspiration!

First one hundred

My first COMPRO assignment and I got 100 marks for it! Too happy for words! And I got full marks on the first attempt too! See screenshot. \^.^/


Totally made my day! In the morning I was still kinda pissed that I was sweating like mad so that my hair became like shit and that the bus door nearly crushed & twisted my foot. And the fact that I stayed up till 3am on Thursday night didn't help either. Although Philip said something which made me feel kinda cool! When I told Frank, Philip & Khine that I slept at 3am, Philip said "How do you wake up?! And you still look so fresh!" hahaha! I'm MAGICAL!~ ^.^

I was also pretty much pissed by the fact that Frank said my group's presentation was worth only a C grade. Honestly I think my presentation is better than half the class's presentation cause it's quite engaging! Just that my group was the 2nd group that presented so we didn't receive the attention we deserved as everyone else were busy touching up their own PowerPoint slides! @-:< Even worse, the teacher was talking on the phone and texting when most of us were giving our presentation! If he really gives me a C, I'm so gonna complain to SoE department and have him fired!

Gonna get my eyesight checked tomorrow! :D Hopefully contacts do help lower my degree!

Dancing Donuts

Dancing Donuts constructed a PINK roller coaster in Idea Jumpstart (IJ) class today! :D

Dancing Donuts is the name of my team for IJ class. There's five of us, Ayton, Chen Xuan, Ikmal, Jia Xin and me! :D Ayton and Chen Xuan(same lecture class) are from EBM like me! Jia Xin is from AMS and Ikmal (he's half Malay & Japanese, cool right?) is from ME.Was really surprised by how quickly I came up with the name at the last minute! And I think it's the best group name so far. The rest of them were "Fast 5?", "Anything" and "Yay!". Hahaha!

Anyway, we were given 4 PINK vanguard sheets, masking tape, a box of plasticine, pipe cleaners and a pair of scissors to construct a roller coaster. We only had 45mins (later extended to 1hr) to create a roller coaster that lasts for at least 5 secs without falling off the track! :D

And ours lasted 7s! (Actually it should be 8s since I released the marble early :P) I really didn't think that our roller coaster would actually work cause in my experience so far, all my group projects that require construction always failed. Even if the planning is flawless, it never fails to fail us. That's why I always had this mentality that I'm jinx. Which ever group that has me are disadvantaged. But not anymore! Although I still believe that the only reason that my group's roller coaster worked is cause the guys were the ones who did the planning. But I'm happy that I contributed to the group name! :D I thought of the name all on my own! V^.^V

We had to compete with the other 3 groups and we were tied at 1st place with "Anything". But I think our group was the ultimate winner cause our marble moved smoothly all the way but the other group's marble fell off the track. :/

P/s: Looking at all my post titles, they're like so bimbotic and uncreative! :( But it's more fun to have blog titles! Using it to like maintain my standard of English causer lecturers are really CMI for English. Actually I was inspired by Ignatius to start blogging with post titles! He made it seem like so much fun! Too bad mine doesn't make sense most of the time. Sigh... :/
