 YOU may be more used to seeing them in lingerie, and in fact they are a little more used to being in lingerie, but for NovemberVogue, Kate Phelan and Patrick Demarchelier styled the Victoria's Secret models in the season's most whimsical and beautiful couture.

"Growing up I had no clue about clothes, designers, fashion magazines at all," Adriana Lima admitted. "I thought I was going to grow up and go to university and study medicine. I don't know what happened!"

"For British Vogue today, it's a totally different feeling; it's very raw," Candice Swanepoel said of the shoot. "I think it's good for people to see us in a different way."

"Couture is just special, because it's one of a kind, they're special pieces. Not many people get to wear it obviously. Today, we get to play with fashion and be girly, have fun and create these iconic images."
