Yesterday I mentioned that I was supposed to meet the same group of people for a picnic at Marina Barrage. But everyone woke up real late, like 12pm, and others couldn't come at the last minute. :( So we ended up lazying around at CCK and playing Monopoly Deal!
I arrived at CCK 1st. (And I arrived on the dot! Meeting time was at 2pm!) Then 30 mins later Eugene arrived and we walked round, up and down the mall chatting until Gibston arrived err... 30 mins later? Then Tiffanie and Hidayat after that.
So when everyone arrived, Gibston told us he was going to celebrate my senior, Natasha's birthday so we all chipped in for the present but in the end Eugene, Tiffanie and myself didn't wanna go anymore. Cause I was super tired and if I went I have to travel all the way to Dhoby Ghaut! (Tired cause I woke up the earliest among all of them duh!)
Before they left for Dhoby Ghaut, we still had some hours left and they were waiting for Charles to come. We went up to the roof top garden at Lot 1 to play Monopoly Deal! It was the my first time playing as well as Eugene. And he was totally bankrupt while I was filthy rich! Muahahahaha! We play a few rounds and he was always bankrupt! Normally my beginner's luck only lasts once, but I really think he's such a poor thing! Literally poor in Monopoly Deal! :P
Oh well, better luck next time Eugene! :P
P/s: Abbey, Iggy, Gabriel, Karen, Rita, Wan'er if you ever come across this, there are people out there who are worse than me in terms of punctuality! ;D
